The youth toady all want to stay indoors, and are missing out on so much action. The parents need to show them that the outside is as enjoyable and thrilling as indoor. The children need to play some sports; Of course the sports they play will not give them as much exercise they need but will help them keep the idea of staying in shape for future. The kids and youth today are becoming more overweight, even at the very young age the children are prone to eating junk food and no exercise makes them obese.

Today, children are facing the problems of asthma and type two diabetes. This is due to sedentary life style the children are enjoying today. They are not getting any health food but are eating all the possible junk food which is filled with carbohydrates and fats.

The children need to get out and get some exercise or physical activity no matter what age they are. The exercise need not be very vigorous but something which will motivate them to move away from the technology of Television and Internet. Even if the child is out in the open for just thirty minutes it should help him to keep the problems away. The health of a child is improved and he will start enjoying the outdoors if the parent helps them get out from the very beginning. The parents can motivate the child to get out and enjoy and play some sports which will help them to get out.

If you as a parent want the child to stay healthy, then you are advised to make sure that they play some sports which they will enjoy and will give them time to interact with the children of their own age and enjoy playing with them. If the children in the earlier years will enjoy sports it will remain with them their whole life and they will enjoy the outdoor playing and will understand the importance of moving throughout the day.
