531036_soccer_player.jpgWhen a player is playing in a team, he will often look at the captain or the coach to see the signs, about how he is playing and if he the most effective player in the game. If you are a coach yourself you would want to make sure that all the signs are used to make the game more fun and effective for the players who are with you.

Communication is not just guiding the player how to play and what to do. It is responding to the players individually. The player should immediately know what the coach is trying to communicate with them without uttering a single word. The body language of a player or a coach should be enough for them to understand each other. These non-verbal communications can motivate the players and they can make efforts to do a little extra for the team and the coach.

When you are communicating try to keep every thing in perspective, better combine the effort of the game and the winning strategy. Here even if the player do make some mistakes show them compassion and show affection towards them. This will work as an motivational factor in winning the game.

The coach should be able to catch the needs of the player, and through his character he should able to make sure that all the players are able to play a better game, which will be a message sent to the players from the coach.
